Bimbo Bakeries - - Responsibilities: Learn and develop safety requirements, required mechanical, troubleshooting, communication and behavioral skillsets to function efficiently at minimum required qualified mechanic standards; Learn to perform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment; Learn to repair/replace components on motors, pumps, mixers, conveyor lines, ovens, coolers, etc.; Become proficient at completing and documenting work orders on equipment; Ensure equipment in area is maintained, guarded and operated in accordance with defined safety regulations and procedures
