Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Laborer to assist with the day-to-day operations of our farm. The Farm Laborer will be responsible for planting, cultivating, harvesting, and processing crops. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Job duties include but are not limited to, the following:
? Plant, irrigate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
? Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
? Weed, prune, and fertilize crops as needed.
? Assist with loading and unloading produce, supplies, or materials.
? Clean and maintain shops and other farm facilities.
? Follow health and safety guidelines on the farm.
? Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the farm supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
? Must be able to work with crop protection chemicals and to follow strict training guidelines.
? Two years of farm or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
? Ability to operate basic farm equipment (e.g., tractors, irrigation systems) is a plus.
? Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
? Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
? Must be able to work with crop protection chemicals and to follow strict training guidelines.
? Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
? Must be able to follow our company's fleet safety policies
? Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed during peak seasons.
