Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Compensation: $23.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 AM- 2:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Technician workers for a leading manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth production operations and maintain high-quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Technician:

• Set up, change over, troubleshoot, and operate production equipment to meet the production schedule
• Assist with RCOs and cleaning
• Operate and maintain equipment such as cappers, fillers, labelers, torquers, pumps, coders, case erectors, and unscramblers
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including changing belts, gaskets, lubrication, and routine checks
• Ensure timely changeovers and first-pass quality readiness
• Clean, sanitize, and stage parts and equipment for product changeovers

What You Need to Bring to the Production Technician Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Solid communication skills; ability to read and write at a 6th-grade level
• 3-5+ years of prior manufacturing experience preferred
• 1-3+ years in maintenance/repair/set-up roles preferred
• Mechanical and electromechanical skills
• Knowledge of hand tools and fasteners (standard and metric)
• Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie, MN
