Production Helper Opportunity

Are you an entry level professional eager to find immediate, full-time work with plenty of overtime? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! Our client, a large and reputable bakery in San Luis Obispo, has an immediate need for an entry level Production Helper to join the team on a full-time basis. These positions are long-term, expected to last until at least April 2026. There are multiple shifts available.

Shift options below:

1. 2nd Shift Hours: 2pm-2:30am, Sunday-Friday
2. 3rd Shift Hours: 6:30pm-3am, Monday-Saturday
3. 1st Shift Hours: 12:30am-11am, Tuesday-Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Production Helper will perform various duties including, Machine Operator, Mixer, Oven Operator, Pan Setter, Trayer, etc.
• Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
• Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan and any other programs that support the SQF system and other 3rd party audits.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
