Position: Maintenance Tradesworker / HVAC
MOT
Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 hrs per day
260 days per school year
Salary: Range 34 (Step C-$25.31 to Step G-$31.58)

Qualifications:
? Three years' experience in general maintenance
? Knowledge of principles, procedures, skills, tools and materials used in general
trade area
? Ability to perform general maintenance, repair work and construction
? Operate / maintain variety of equipment and machinery
? Understand / follow oral and written instructions
? Commercial experience desirable
? Possess and maintain safe driving record (DMV Official Document)
? Pass pre-employment physical and DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
? TB Clearance required prior to working
