Do you love the look of a clean space? We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building • Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily • Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs • Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete Qualifications: • Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite • Excellent stamina and physical health • Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Compensation: $16 hourly
