- Hyland Work view: 2+ years of experience
- Hyland OnBase Scripting: 2+ years of experience
- Hyland certified is nice to have.

- Hyland OnBase Scripting
- Hyland OnBase Architecture, API and Workflow
- Knowledge and experience on content and metadata Migration from the FileNet system to OnBase.
- Replicate core functionalities and workflows from FileNet in OnBase, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- User access and security group creation using OnBase Configuration Client
- Experience in designing the document models and relationship in OnBase
- OnBase Certified API Developer
- OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator
- OnBase Certified System Administrator
- OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator
- Troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving common OnBase issues.
