What You'll Do

The First Line of Defense (FLOD) Specialist will report to the AVP FLOD and support the Marketing, Digital and Strategy Teams with their Risk and Compliance responsibilities. The FLOD Specialist will engage with the three lines of defense at FourLeaf as well as business line and product stakeholders to ensure all key First Line of Defense activities are completed accurately and on time.

Core Contributions

  • Submit materials for legal and compliance review (using FourLeaf tools and applications to keep track of critical documentation) becoming familiar with regulatory requirements by product.
  • Assist in annual policy and procedural reviews and updates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the process of completing action plans for reportable events.
  • Support internal and external audit requests, as needed.
  • Aid in standard annual marketing material reviews and monitoring of key controls.
  • Work with the Third-Party Risk Management Team for Marketing vendors.
  • Provides broad-based support to the Marketing Team.
  • Special projects as assigned.
Assets You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Field of Study: marketing, business, others may be considered.
  • 2-3 years experience in a compliance roll or a combination of compliance and marketing experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with financial services & marketing processes, knowledge of or experience working with regulated products.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, Atlassian applications a plus.
The estimated salary for this role is $28.99 to $34.06 per hour.
