In this highly impactful role, you will act as a subject matter expert and mentor for franchise owners with varied backgrounds. Your primary mission will be to guide them in successfully launching and managing outdoor living projects while ensuring adherence to construction standards and best practices. You will not only coach new franchisees but also support established offices in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in construction and mentorship will directly contribute to the growth of small businesses and the success of the brand.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure franchise partners follow construction standards and best practices from planning to completion.
  • Support Franchise Business Consultants in guiding franchisees through design consultations.
  • Coach franchisees on project planning, estimating, and managing subcontractor crews.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on construction standards and production management.
  • Refine training content to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Act as the internal owner for production management tools and workflows.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to analyze business performance metrics.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction and project management.
  • Skilled in managing multiple subcontractor crews.
  • Experience in job costing, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and building codes.
  • Travel-ready (up to 30%).
