Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Senior eDiscovery Attorney to support complex, high-stakes litigation matters and contribute to the continued growth of their innovative AI governance and data strategy capabilities. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery professional to advise sophisticated clients on cutting-edge discovery, data privacy, and emerging AI regulatory issues across regulated industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 7-10+ years of substantive experience in eDiscovery and complex litigation support
• Extensive experience advising on discovery strategy in large-scale, high-stakes litigation
• Demonstrated expertise drafting discovery-related briefs and motions
• Proven ability to negotiate ESI and discovery protocols
• Strong experience counseling clients on data privacy, regulatory compliance, and records retention obligations
• Advanced proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and AI-enabled tools to manage large, complex data sets
• Experience advising clients in highly regulated industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Demonstrated business development experience or a strong interest in practice growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Advise litigation teams and clients on complex eDiscovery strategy and execution
• Draft and argue discovery-related motions and briefs
• Negotiate ESI protocols and manage discovery components of high-stakes matters
• Counsel clients on data governance, privacy compliance, and records retention policies
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging AI regulatory frameworks and AI governance matters
• Leverage analytics and AI tools to efficiently manage and review large data sets
• Collaborate with litigators, technologists, and clients to deliver defensible discovery solutions
• Contribute to the growth and visibility of the eDiscovery and AI governance practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $290,000-$320,000, as determined by experience and market factors
• Eligibility to earn a discretionary bonus
