JOB TITLE: Service Coordinator
LOCATION: San Diego, CA (hybrid - onsite 4x a week)
DURATION: 2 years
RATE RANGE: $42 - $52/hr.
Job Description:
Position Level: Level III (5-8 Years of Experience)
Provides project manager support and assistance in:
- Scheduling meetings
- Documentation
- Updating project documents
- Communication and training
- Updates the project plan
- ssists in information collection and validations
- Helps prepare status reports and presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
