About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance on complex accounting matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.
• Provide management with accurate and timely financial analysis and recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
