Oracle Cloud Functional Support-Core HCM /Comp

Location: New York, NY (Remote)

Client Industry: Healthcare Client: Kforce

3-5 Must Haves:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules is required

• Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus

• Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus

• Healthcare experience is a big Plu

Primary Skills:

* Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Performance Management

* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules

* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a msust with multiple implementations

* Knowledge of ServiceNow software

* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

* Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycles of Oracle Cloud Core HR

* Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision

* Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions

* Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades

* Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus

* Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
