Factur helps manufacturing companies grow through outsourced sales and demand marketing. We work closely with U.S.-based manufacturers to find, qualify, and engage new customers through modern outbound strategies.

We're expanding our team in Colombia and are looking for an English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and setting quality meetings for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Prospect U.S.-based manufacturing companies through:
• Cold Calling
• Email outreach
• Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales services team
• Track activity and outcomes in our CRM
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients in English
• Follow proven processes while continuously improving results
• KPIs: Lead Generation and Appointment Setting

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English (you will interview, write, and work in English daily)
• 1+ year experience in:
• SDR / BDR / inside sales
• OR outbound prospecting in a B2B environment
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and coachable

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience selling to or supporting U.S. companies
• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, ORUM, Dialpad, etc.)

Compensation & Contract

• Monthly salary: $3,500,000 COP plus commission if quota is hit
• Work Hours: 8:30 AM until 5 PM (Colombian Time / Eastern Time)
• Contract type: 6-month term (with opportunity for extension)
• Paid biweekly
• 100% remote, but once per quarter in person meeting for 3 days in Bogota
• Location: Bogata, CO
