Project Architect - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a globally established design firm delivering programmatic mission critical, data centers for long-term clients. The practice supports large, technically complex projects while giving local teams meaningful ownership and influence over how work is executed.
This role is ideal for a Project Architect who enjoys deep technical involvement, thrives in highly coordinated environments, and wants to contribute to repeatable, high-performance solutions rather than one-off builds.
What You'll Do
Act as a technical authority translating design intent into coordinated, construction-ready documentation
Help shape coordination standards, QA/QC processes, and technical workflows across large-scale efforts
Direct consultant teams and collaborate closely with internal disciplines
Partner with project leadership to align schedules, scope, and deliverables across programmatic work
Guide communication between design, consultant, and client teams
Mentor staff and contribute to continuous improvement of technical excellence
What We're Looking For
Accredited professional degree in Architecture
8+ years of experience on complex, large-scale projects
Architectural licensure or active pursuit of registration
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; Dynamo, Rhino, or Grasshopper a plus
Strong understanding of building systems, coordination strategies, and QA/QC best practices
Organized, thoughtful professional comfortable owning technical decisions
