Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

About the Opportunity
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll have the vital role of bringing top talent to College Board's broad divisions and key initiatives. With your expertise, you'll seek out and engage with outstanding individuals, guiding them through a finely honed hiring process that you'll iterate upon in collaboration with our hiring managers. In this role, you'll primarily lead hiring for our engineering and product teams, pivotal areas where we're currently experiencing promising growth and development, though you may also work requisitions across G&A, Operations, Product, Learning and Assessment and more. This is more than just filling positions; it's about being a key player in shaping our teams during a transformative period, all while contributing to an organization that makes a real difference in the lives of students and families worldwide.
