Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, underwriting, product teams, and IT partners.
• Analyze current processes, procedures, and system capabilities to define detailed business requirements for Commercial Auto Insurance products.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise functional requirements and user stories for development teams.
• Ensure requirements align with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives.
• Support configuration and design discussions for products on the Duck Creek platform is Plus

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance domain.
• 5 Years of experience in Commercial Auto Insurance products, underwriting workflows, and rating concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
