Manage and organize client documents and electronic data; identify relevant case materials.
Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks and obtain authenticated records.
Draft litigation documents for attorney review, including pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosures, deposition notices, settlement agreements, and dismissal documents.
Assist with summary judgment motions, document production (Bates labeling and redactions), and trial preparation, including exhibits, witnesses, and subpoenas.
Perform legal research and utilize firm databases and eDiscovery tools.
Manage multiple deadlines, collaborate with team members, and review vendor invoices.
Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across state and federal jurisdictions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology; Relativity and/or Everlaw preferred.
Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
Labor and employment litigation experience required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
