Job Title: Supply Chain Manager III
Location-Type: Remote (ideally local to Arkansas)

Duration: 6 months (contract)
Compensation Range: $40-43/hr W2

Job Description:
Support customer-facing supply chain operations for a major retail client, focusing on planning, forecasting, and replenishment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Customer Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment for a key retail client.
  
• Interface regularly with Merchandise Operations, Supplier Solutions, and Merchants.
  
• Provide in-stock and recovery reporting, and conduct forecast reviews and recommendations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory needs and address supply issues.
  
• Oversee promotional and special pack program logistics.
  
• Utilize 3rd-party data tools for weekly reporting (e.g., Item Matrix, Sales Reports, Forecast Analysis).
  
• Manage returns via reverse logistics systems and coordinate resolution.
  
• Maintain customer orders in supplier-facing platforms.
  
• Conduct detailed customer-level planning at national, DC, and store levels using internal and client systems.
  
• Leverage GRS and S&OP processes to support planning goals.
  
• Recommend and implement reporting and analytics improvements.
  

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline
    
  • 3 years in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics
    
  • Strong analytical and trend-identification skills
    
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Familiarity with relevant SAP modules
  • Previous experience in CPFR and/or with Merch Ops
