Description:
- 5+ years of work experience managing development and implementation of analytic or technical capabilities
- 5+ years of Analytics experience required
- 5+ years of program management experience required
- Experience with MS Office (excel, word, Project, PowerPoint) and MS TEAMs
- Experience with marketing campaign measurement and analytics
- Experience with advanced techniques in marketing optimization, e.g. Multi-touch attribution, Media Mix Modeling, segmentation, marketing models strongly preferred
- Outstanding program management and project management skills
- Strong knowledge and expertise in analytics products and capabilities management
- Strong business acumen including a broad understanding of financial services business processes and practices
- Prior experience successfully leading and motivating teams in a matrix environment
- Prior experience successfully influencing senior leadership from multiple functions in a matrixed environment
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Agile Certification
- Experience with Jira is highly desirable
- Experience in Financial Services a plus
- Project Management experience a must
- Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups
- Experience working with QA for projects and overall understanding of best practices
- Hands on, self-motivated professional style with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives
- Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
