The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and is required to manage patients' expectations and provide concierge level services. The PSR I must have the knowledge of how to collect specimens in accordance with established practices. The PSR I will be required to supervise the Phlebotomy Technician trainee(s)/s. The PSR I will ensure the comfort, satisfaction, and safety of patients at all times.
