Lead and oversee healthcare construction projects in the assigned region from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met. Serve as the primary client-facing representative on projects, attending meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Support regional growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, providing insights from client and market interactions, and participating in strategic discussions with leadership. Collaborate closely with the business development team, attending project or opportunity meetings and providing technical and logistical expertise, without being responsible for primary BD generation. Oversee and mentor project teams, including superintendents, coordinators, and subcontractors, fostering high-performing teams and consistent project execution. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and healthcare-specific construction standards. Track and report project performance metrics, budget adherence, schedule progress, and risk mitigation efforts to regional leadership. Contribute to proposal support and project scoping by providing technical input, constructability review, and cost insights as needed.

Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience in senior healthcare construction project management. Between $120,000 to $150,000.
