Job Description
  • The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate needs into functional specifications, and support solution delivery within healthcare-focused initiatives, with strong expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Provide domain expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows to guide solution design.
  • Conduct impact analysis and identify gaps between current and future state processes.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables against requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
  • Minimum of eight years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
  • Functional expertise in Broker and Shopper domains.
  • Proficiency with requirement gathering tools and documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with system integration concepts and data flows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
Qualification And Education
  • Experience with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
  • Knowledge of insurance, benefits administration, or enrollment systems.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
