Position Summary

As a Service Advisor you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential in understanding customer needs, providing relevant recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing service needs, managing service appointments, and maintaining effective communication throughout the service process.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive service.
• Assess customer needs and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
• Create and manage service appointments while ensuring efficient workflow within the service department.
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized filing system for service orders, customer interactions, and invoices.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or automotive service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures is preferred.
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and high energy with willingness to go above and beyond.
