As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Tue 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing direction, requesting assistance, and supporting medical staff as needed.

Monitor access points and observe activity via rounds and/or facility systems, reporting irregular conditions and documenting incidents per post orders.

Complete required reports and logs accurately and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
