How would you like freedom of time? This can be done part?time or full?time, depending on your goals. We are a large financial firm assisting with Life Insurance, Retirement planning, College savings, and other financial services.

This is a flexible remote contract role for a Financial Representative, typically performed on the side of a day job if needed. It is a 1099 contractor position, 100% commission?based, with no base salary, allowing you to create the lifestyle you desire.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic entry?level financial and insurance consultants to partner with our firm.

What Youll Do

• Educate clients on key financial concepts such as income protection, retirement strategies, debt management, and wealth building.
• Help families strengthen their financial infrastructure, applying the same organized, logical thinking used in IT.
• Build trust?centered relationships through transparency, communication, and ethical guidance.
• Identify clients financial needs and create tailored strategies to help them reach long?term goals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team (many with IT backgrounds) who provide weekly mentorship and training.
• Build and manage your own client base while enjoying complete schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to gain an understanding of the clients financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial solutions that empower the client to achieve long?term security.
• Recommend customized life insurance and annuity solutions that align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain long?term client relationships.
• Educate individuals and families on financial options that are available to them.

Qualifications

• Must have completed your education.
• Must be able to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor.
• Must be comfortable working 100% commission?based position (teach you how or on the side of a day job).
• Obtaining a Life Producer's License involves investment costs; as a 1099 contractor, you must be willing to invest in yourself.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time?management skills.
• Financial certification for your state. We provide tutoring for certification.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a computer or tablet to work with clients.
• Self?motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• This position is commission-based, with competitive earning potential:
• Pay scale Part?time: Up to $50,000 (average); Full?time: Up to $145,000+.
