Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and compliance with company standards.
  • Perform check runs and reconcile payments to vendor accounts.
  • Review and verify invoice information for accuracy before posting.
  • Maintain detailed records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments to maintain good vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts payable procedures.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Requirements:
