What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct complex accounting activities to maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and perform monthly and quarterly fluctuation analyses
• Interface with internal and external audits and assist in the monthly and quarterly close process
• Analyze account balances and identify errors or risks that could impact financial statements
• Communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization to address issues and recommend changes

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field; MBA preferred but not required
• CPA preferred but not required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or related areas
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills; experience with large ERP software, preferably Oracle
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles under US GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 2+ years of experience working with non-domestic accounting teams
• Familiarity with Hyperion software
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectivelyExperience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking
