To ensure cohesion and collaboration in the workplace, Resource Group associates filling remote roles are expected to be available for meetings and other work related needs between 9AM-4PM CST. Responsibilities

The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, is a business transformation services organization that specializes in resource and supply chain management. This role falls within one of The Resource Group's Solution Support Communities: a group of teams focused on maintaining the integrity and evolution of critical business functions. These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below:

• Develops and implements processes to expedite and improve coordination between all clinical leaders across Participants sites and organization
• Creates and implements relationships between clinical leaders and administrative staff, while serving as a liaison between clinical staff and the supply chain
• Updates and monitors clinical management process across sites of care (healthcare organizations) for current best practices and regulatory compliance
• Provides leadership and strategies for The Resource Group in effective and efficient utilization of personnel, financial, medical, clinical and administrative resources
• Manages and leads integration activities for other healthcare/non-healthcare Participants through on-site deployment leadership and accountability for complex project workstreams, including GPO distributor, and product conversions, at complex-acute-care Participants

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred, clinical degree - BSN, RT, PT - preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience (business, healthcare administration, or supply chain)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
