The Role

What Youll Do

• Build a state?of?the?art CRM Windows application using C#, WPF, WinUI, MVVM design principles, and SQLite.
• Work in an agile, small?team environment within a highly successful cloud company that is growing.
• Diagnose and debug issues in production/development environments.
• Directly collaborate with all product stakeholders and contribute toward product definition and development.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with object?oriented design and implementation using C#.
• Proven ability to write clean, testable, readable code in a team environment.
• 5+ years of experience developing Windows applications with WPF and XAML design.
• Hands?on experience with WinUI, MVVM design principles, and SQLite.
• Hands?on experience with Windows UI design patterns and standards.
• Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to a positive and high?performing team environment.
• High work ethic; Veeva is a hard?working company.
• High integrity and honesty; we expect that from all employees.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Location: This role requires you to be in the PST or MST time zone.

Compensation

• Base pay: $110,000 $270,000
• The salary range listed here is provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We consider each individuals qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
