Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work with our client, a leading healthcare technology company, dedicated to transforming the patient and provider experience through innovative, data?driven solutions.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to design, build, and enhance a growing software platform.
• Take ownership of end?to?end feature releases and platform enhancements.
• Support the technical design process and contribute to data?driven architectural decisions.
• Develop, test, and deliver cloud?based platform features and web applications.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Champion testing, quality, and maintainability through comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to data security and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in building and deploying full?stack web applications.
• Passion for building quality products with strong design and development standards.
• Strong collaboration skills working closely with product and design to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Hands?on experience with common software development practices such as version control, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Adaptable mindset suited for a fast?paced, growth?focused environment.

Your Background & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java.
• Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus, but not required.

What we offer

• Totally remote, full?time (40h/week)
• Work hours - US Eastern time office hours
• For this particular role, a 6?month independent contractor agreement, with the possibility to continue afterwards.
