We are a plaintiff personal injury law firm specializing in substantial/catastrophic injuries*_ based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a *Pre-litigation Attorney with Nevada Attorney License* to join our team. The role will have the opportunity to handle quality *pre-litigation personal injury matters *and lead the fight for our clients.The *pre-litigation attorney* will be dealing with cases pre-suit/ pre-litigation and pre-arbitration to ensure proper prosecution and maximizing the value of each case. *The position can be very lucrative as the pre-litigation attorney will get a percentage of fees obtained pre-suit plus base.**Extensive client contact / advising clients of the status of their claims.* Analyzing and summarizing medical records and bills.* Negotiating and settling pre-suit personal injury cases.* Preparing Government Entity Claims, tracking Deadlines and Statutes of Limitations for same.* Preparing civil complaints and demands for arbitration*Nevada Licensed Attorney in Good Standing** *It's a plus to have both Nevada and California Attorney license.** 2+ years of Attorney experience.
