Position Responsibilities
Join forces with 1–2 Sales Execs and partner teams as the go-to technical expert in the field.
Lead engaging, insight-driven discovery sessions with payer and provider prospects — listening intently, asking the right “second why,” and uncovering the real problems behind the RFIs.
Deliver crisp, compelling product demos that feel more like strategy sessions than sales theater.
Write use cases that are clear, credible, and client-specific — not just templated fluff.
Draft and own project plans that show exactly how we'll get the client live in 90 days.
Map out and document complex healthcare data needs — before contracts are signed.
Work closely with the client to figure out how to get the right data out of their systems.
Capture customer feedback and distill it into actionable insights for product and engineering — no fluff, just signal.
Act as the bridge between the field team and its product + engineering brains.
