In this role, you'll take ownership of high-impact initiatives that drive product strategy, translate user needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products customers love. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast‑paced, product‑led SaaS company tackling some of the most pressing challenges in data operations.

  • Engage directly with customers to support design partnerships and gather feedback for new feature development and improvements.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as:
    • Linear or Jira
    • Confluence
    • Google Workspace
    • Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
  • Ability to balance technical feasibility, user empathy, and business strategy.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with distributed teams.
