About the Role
We are seeking Order Entry/Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a fully remote basis. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, order entry, or sales support—particularly within manufacturing or medical device industries.
You'll play a key role in supporting outside sales representatives, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable working with data and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support across sales, promotions, and installations
Process and close out customer orders, including those stuck in the system
Determine appropriate resolution paths (e.g., revenue-generating vs. warranty-covered orders)
Handle inbound calls (approx. 10–15/day) and respond to customer inquiries
Support sales reps by booking purchase orders and managing account communications
Maintain accurate records and ensure pricing validation
Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and improvement plans
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of customer service and order entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Oracle, SAP preferred)
Ability to manage a busy email inbox and multitask effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
