This critical position will have the classification of Information Technology Supervisor and will report to the Information Technology Manager. Candidates should possess deep knowledge related to the implementation, operations, maintenance, and support of enterprise IT systems, ensuring low friction user interactions, and efficient service desk operations. This position is responsible for supervising a team of systems administrators and service desk staff, managing projects, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
