The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions and developing and implementing treatment plans. Additional tasks include case management, evaluating clients' mental health needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The therapist will need to maintain thorough documentation of sessions and treatment progress, participate in continuous professional development, and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.QualificationsProficiency in Treatment Planning, Social Work, and Case ManagementStrong background in Mental HealthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyValid LMSW or LGPC license in MarylandMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldExperience in mental health clinical settings is a plus
