Job Details

Mechanical Drafter I Principal Duties and Responsibilities. Perform various tasks assigned by Mechanical Engineers, Senior Engineers, and the Engineering Manager/ Director. Assist in producing detailed schematics for HVAC systems based on instructions and pre-established guidelines. Assist Mechanical Engineers by participating in job site surveys to gather as-built technical information. Draft and develop layouts for mechanical systems based on direction from Mechanical Engineers. Convert field surveys into usable formats for plan and project development. Use AutoCAD to develop plans. Participate in the company's project improvement process by maintaining/improving CAD Detail Library and CAD Standards. Other duties may include copying/printing/scanning, assembly of equipment submittal packages, assistance in preparing work scope, and other tasks as assigned. Job Specifications (incl.
