What Youll Do

• Lead month?end close with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Assist with occasional M&A tasks, including acquisition integrations
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to support business goals
• Support internal and external audits

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus (this position will be managing a direct report)
• Must currently reside in the Metro Atlanta area (out of state candidates will not be considered)
