Machine Learning Engineer

Design and implement machine learning models for healthcare applications to enhance patient care, optimize clinical workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to translate clinical needs into AI solutions.

Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including electronic health records and clinical charts.

Ensure models comply with regulatory and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and are interpretable.

Develop data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model deployment pipelines in cloud or on-prem environments.

Monitor and retrain models in production to maintain accuracy and fairness.

Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using best practices.

Stay updated on AI/ML research and trends to enhance existing systems.

Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to accelerate AI development.

Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, and NLP.
