Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses from a pre-designed curriculum, providing high-quality instruction
• Utilize technology and online learning platforms to enhance the student learning experience
• Maintain availability for student communication via email, phone, and office hours to provide timely feedback
• Establish clear evaluation standards and ensure students understand the assessment process
• Attend faculty meetings and training sessions as required by the employer

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline
• 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management
• Teaching experience at the college level, particularly online, is strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in a discipline specialty related to Human Resources
• Experience utilizing academic technology for teaching purposes
• Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations professionally and ethically
• Proven skills in oral presentation and course planning
• Knowledge of academic evaluation processes
