For a high-stakes mission:low pay, high equity, long hours, relentless effort, uncharted path, extreme difficulty. Save lives, shape history, and attain honor and recognition in case of success.
WHATWE look for
We believe our people determine our ability to execute our mission, as everything we achieve flows directly from them. When evaluating candidates, we prioritize three key attributes—in this order: character, commitment, and capability.
Specifically integrity—is non-negotiable for every team member.
Reflects the dedication required for ambitious, challenging work, acknowledging the extra effort and sacrifices essential to success.
Ensures candidates possess the necessary skills and expertise for their specific role.
These “Three C's” form the foundational framework through which we interview and assess every potential team member.
what we stand for
We understand that it is not enough for us to just do our best; we must do what's required.
We recognize the ambition and corresponding difficulty of our mission, and to conquer it, we must forge a superb ability to persist through the inevitable challenges to come.
We believe we're put on earth for a reason, to follow a calling, and we will do so with the intensity that spiritual warriors pursue a spiritual calling.
Hemingway said it best:
"Few men are willing to brave the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality of those who seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change."
