Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Estimator located in our home office in Santa Maria, CA. The Assistant Estimator will be responsible for assisting in preparing cost estimates and closeouts, packaging and sending out submittals and RFI's, attending job walks, and collaborating with the project team. Additionally, the Assistant Estimator will support bidding activities and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing project plans and specifications
• Ability to gather and analyze information
• Proficiency in maintaining records and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with bidding activities and interacting with subcontractors and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry
