Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner! The Center for Human Resources at San Diego State University provides exceptional, customer-focused human resources services that support the university's mission and foster a positive, inclusive environment for all faculty and staff. As our Talent Acquisition Partner supporting the Division of Academic Affairs, you'll lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle and help departments across all seven colleges, the university library, and academic support units attract, hire, and retain talented staff and management professionals who advance our academic mission.
Reporting to the Assistant HR Director for Employment Services, with a dotted-line relationship to the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Financial Operations, you'll lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from strategic planning and outreach through onboarding. This is an opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic and hands-on recruiting in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Position Information
This is a full-time, at-will role, offering comprehensive benefits. Position is designated exempt under FLSA and is not eligible for overtime compensation. Standard SDSU work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but may vary based on operational needs. This position is approved for partial telecommuting with onsite work in San Diego after the training period.

Division of Academic Affairs
The Division of Academic Affairs advances SDSU's academic mission by supporting excellence in teaching, research, scholarship, and creative activities across all colleges and academic units. Led by the Provost and Senior Vice President, Academic Affairs includes seven colleges, the University Library, and academic support departments and centers serving students, faculty, and staff. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
