ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking a New Product Development Intern (Winter/ Spring 2026) to support the product development lifecycle. In this role, youll gain hands-on experience working alongside our R&D team and collaborating across departments. This internship offers valuable exposure to every stagefrom ideation to final execution. Job Description. Conduct research and testing on competitive products. Validate new product samples and document results. Support ideation and product creation efforts. Create part specification sheets, rework instructions, and product instruction documents. Facilitate the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process. Update and maintain the technical library and education manual. Assist with the development and testing of new materials and retail goods.
