Description:

RRM Design Group is currently seeking a full-time Designer I to join our Architecture team! Our growing firm is looking for an individual who is eager to be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team which offers a great balance of professional fulfillment and fun.

Your role includes:

  1. Collaborating in an innovative and respectful team environment
  2. Assisting in producing construction documents in Revit
  3. Interpreting sketches and design drawings to prepare presentations or CAD work, and reading redline corrections to incorporate into documents
  4. Assisting with project submittals and reproduction of documents
  5. Taking initiative, being proactive, and demonstrating strong communication skills

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. One (1) year of practical experience preferred
  3. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
  4. The ability to thrive in a team environment
  5. A passion for architectural design
