VCA Arroyo Grande Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! About Us:We are a busy veterinary hospital that values teamwork, compassion, and excellent client service. Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets. Responsibilities include:Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications. Checking clients in/out and processing payments. Maintaining accurate medical records. Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all timesboth inside and outside. Assisting with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team.
