Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $85,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, MD&A, and XBRL tagging.
• Oversee the global lease accounting process and perform monthly reconciliations to the lease system.
• Handle equity transaction accounting in Shareworks, including month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for audits and financial close processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and ad hoc financial reporting.
  
  

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
• Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with auditors.
• Uphold ethical standards and report quality issues to management as needed.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional duties as assigned.
  
  

• A Bachelors in Accounting; CPA certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger or financial reporting roles.
• Possess experience in a publicly held company and a global financial environment.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Oracle EPM Cloud is a plus.
• Exhibit strong leadership, decision-making, and technical accounting skills.
