Now Hiring: Behavior Technician Paso Robles, CA

Amergis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to support students in the Paso Robles area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them develop essential behavioral and social-emotional skills in a school-based setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct behavioral support to students under the supervision of a BCBA or school psychologist
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and track student progress
• Assist with classroom routines and transitions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children or in behavioral support roles (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass background checks and meet local compliance requirements
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required
