The business process analyst ensures that the data workflows are well?defined, optimized, and effectively communicated across teams. They will develop comprehensive process documentation, training materials, testing plans, and configuration guides, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. This is a full?time temporary position through November 30, 2026 and is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, vision and CalPERS retirement.

The division includes the offices of Admissions and Recruitment, Institutional Research, the Registrar, SEM Data Management and Financial Aid.
Classification Range: $77,904 - $113,496 per year.
